Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Cancel any time from the Account page. The plan stays active to the end of the paid period, then the account drops to the free plan.
- Refunds
- Contact Alura within seven days of buying and the last payment is refunded, on monthly, yearly or lifetime plans. After that, there are no refunds or credits for part of a billing period.
