Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Cancel any time from Billing, under your initials in the account, which opens the payment provider Paddle's Cancel Subscription button; search credits last until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds
- Fees are paid through Paddle, the merchant of record, and are non-refundable; unused monthly credits aren't refunded, and remaining pay-as-you-go credits are lost when an account is cancelled.
