Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Cancel, upgrade or downgrade any time from the Settings page, or email support@erank.com. Cancel at least one day before the next billing date to avoid a renewal. The plan runs to the end of the billing period, then the account moves to the Free plan.
- Refunds
- No refunds. Payments are nonrefundable and prepaid subscriptions get no refunds or credits, unless eRank approves it in writing or the law requires it. Where Paddle processes the subscription, Paddle handles refunds as merchant of record.
