Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Plans renew automatically for the same term. Cancel through the cancellation routine in the app or by emailing hello@everbee.io.
- Refunds
- Monthly plans are refunded (the last payment) if you cancel within three days of buying. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund when canceled during the year, up to eight months' worth. Seasonal offers can carry their own refund terms.
