Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Uninstall the app from Settings > Apps in your Shopify admin. Shopify: “Uninstalling a paid app cancels future recurring charges, but you might still be billed for the current billing cycle.”
- Refunds
- Refunds are accepted if you ask within 24 hours of a charge, and may be granted for unauthorized charges, an app that doesn't work after support has tried to fix it, a listed integration that doesn't work, billing errors and duplicate charges. No refunds for a change of mind, partial use, promotional plans, a trial that turned into a paid plan, or forgetting to cancel before the next billing cycle. Ask by email (help@fera.ai) or in-app chat; Fera decides at its discretion.
- Before you uninstall
- Shopify: “Some apps add code to your online store theme that isn't automatically removed when you uninstall the app. Before uninstalling, review the app's listing on the Shopify App Store or contact the app developer to find out if any extra steps are needed.”
