Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- The team owner cancels the renewal under Account, Billing & subscription, Details tab, Cancel plan, or by email. The paid plan runs to the end of the billing period, then the account moves to the Free plan with its data kept. Monthly plans can be paused for 1, 2 or 3 months instead.
- Refunds
- No refunds, for monthly or yearly plans, once a payment has gone through, including the unused part of a yearly plan. Hunter says it may make exceptions for unauthorized charges.
