Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Cancel under Manage my subscriptions, which opens your FastSpring account, or ask support to do it. Your data stays available for one month after the subscription ends. The general terms say subscriptions renew automatically unless either side gives written notice (email is fine) at least 30 days before the term ends.
- Refunds
- Fees are non-refundable except in set cases. A duplicate subscription bought by accident is reviewed case by case and refunded, and modules you couldn't use because of an issue on JetOctopus's side (usually a long log setup) get a partial or full refund, based on the case and the unused volume.
