Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Under Profound's Master Subscription Agreement, which covers website checkouts too, an order renews automatically for the renewal term it sets unless either side gives notice at least 30 days before the renewal starts.
- Refunds
- Fees are non-refundable under the Master Subscription Agreement, except pre-paid, unused fees when Profound ends the agreement over an intellectual property claim.
