Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Licenses don't renew automatically unless auto renew was chosen at purchase; a license simply expires at the end of its year, with no notice period. If auto renew is on, it can be canceled under Subscriptions in your account.
- Refunds
- A full refund if you contact Screaming Frog within 14 days of purchase, with your order number and the reason. No pro rata refunds for time a license isn't used, and VAT can't be refunded after purchase.
