Billing and cancellation

How to cancel
Uninstall the app from Settings > Apps in your Shopify admin. Shopify: “Uninstalling a paid app cancels future recurring charges, but you might still be billed for the current billing cycle.”
Refunds
A full refund if you ask by in-app chat or email within 72 hours of subscribing, once your product photos are restored to their originals; AI costs already incurred are refunded at 25%. A new billing cycle is refunded if you ask within 72 hours of it starting. No pro-rated refunds for part of a month, none for more than one month, and none on yearly plans after the first 72 hours.
Before you uninstall
Shopify: “Some apps add code to your online store theme that isn't automatically removed when you uninstall the app. Before uninstalling, review the app's listing on the Shopify App Store or contact the app developer to find out if any extra steps are needed.”
