How to cancel
Uninstall the app from Settings > Apps in your Shopify admin. Shopify: “Uninstalling a paid app cancels future recurring charges, but you might still be billed for the current billing cycle.”

Shopify: “If you want to request a refund, contact the app developer before uninstalling.”
Before you uninstall
