Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Subscriptions renew automatically. To stop a renewal of a subscription bought from Trustpilot, email cancellation@trustpilot.com, or use the business account where that's available, at least 30 days before the end of the subscription period; the paid services last until the period ends, then the free plan stays.
- Refunds
- No refund or credit when either side ends a subscription under the terms, except in the cases the terms set out, such as the service becoming permanently unavailable.
