Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Uninstall the app from Settings > Apps in your Shopify admin. Shopify: “Uninstalling a paid app cancels future recurring charges, but you might still be billed for the current billing cycle.”
- Refunds
- Fees paid are non-refundable, except when the agreement ends over a material breach that isn't cured within 30 days. Credits are never refundable.
- Before you uninstall
- Shopify: “Some apps add code to your online store theme that isn't automatically removed when you uninstall the app. Before uninstalling, review the app's listing on the Shopify App Store or contact the app developer to find out if any extra steps are needed.”
