Billing and cancellation

- Ask Mulwi's support to cancel without removing the app, or uninstall the app to cancel the subscription at once; either way the Mulwi account and feeds stop being available.
- Refunds
- No compensation when the terms end for whatever reason, and no refund of fees already paid.
- Before you uninstall
- Shopify: “Some apps add code to your online store theme that isn't automatically removed when you uninstall the app. Before uninstalling, review the app's listing on the Shopify App Store or contact the app developer to find out if any extra steps are needed.”
