Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Cancel any time in Settings > Billing > Your subscription. The plan stays active until the end of the paid month or year, then doesn't renew.
- Refunds
- Fees for the month you cancel in aren't refunded, and a prepaid yearly plan isn't refundable. You can ask support to recalculate a yearly fee by the months started or the limits used; if they accept, the difference is refunded.
