Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time, and the account turns read-only when the paid term ends. The terms say an account is cancelled by contacting WebCEO's support team by email.
- Refunds
- An unconditional refund of the plan fee within 30 days of purchase. Agency Unlimited project fees and scanning costs are nonrefundable; other refund requests are considered case by case.
