Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Cancel in the app from the Account link on the Settings page; an email or phone request doesn't count as cancelling. Cancelling before the end of a paid cycle takes effect immediately.
- Refunds
- Billed in advance monthly, quarterly or yearly, and non-refundable, with no refunds or credits for partial months, plan changes or unused months.
