Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Cancel any subscription at any time on your account page, with no penalties. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
- Refunds
- Subscription payments may be refunded within 15 days if the site hasn't used more than 10 GB of bandwidth or 20% of the Compress API quota; otherwise no refunds. Unused Compress API purchases may be refunded, which the Compress API FAQ puts at within 30 days of sign-up.
