Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Monthly plans can be changed or cancelled at any time, by notice from the billing preferences in the Raven account; fees for the rest of the subscription period are still owed. A yearly plan is an annual contract that renews for another year unless notice is given before the term ends.
- Refunds
- No refunds for partial months on monthly plans, and no refunds on annual plans. Data is kept for 30 days after cancelling, then deleted.
