EWWW can also be paid monthly, at $5 a month, and its free plugin optimizes unlimited images on your own server. Smush refunds within 30 days; EWWW within 15 days, and only if the site hasn't used more than 10 GB of bandwidth or 20% of its Compress API quota. Pick Smush for the longer refund window, and EWWW to pay by the month.
